The group proposed the overarching strategic concept of “based on phosphorus but above phosphorus”, “integrating Guizhou and Guangxi” and “green circular economy development.” This initiative aims to propel the group into new business ventures.

The group integrated and acquired Fuquan phosphorus. Subsequently, efforts to expand capacity and enhance technology at Fuquan phosphorite were initiated.

The group signed an Investment Cooperation Agreement of “Copper , Titanium, Phosphorus” Green Circular industry Base Project with Fusui County, Chongzuo City, Guangxi officially commencing the construction of the Guangxi base.

The fine and intensive processing project for new “mine and chemistry integration” phosphorus resources in Fuquan City, Guizhou Province, was initiated.

Chanhen signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement and Investment Cooperation Agreement with Guoxuan Holdings Group, marking the initial step in Chanhen’s transformation towards the new energy materials sector.

Chanhen signed an Investment Cooperation Agreement with Sunwoda. Both parties engaged in investment cooperation across the entire industrial chain of new energy lithium battery materials. This agreement marked Chanhen's profound transformation towards the new energy material industry.

Chanhen’s “1,500,000 tons/year comprehensive utilization beneficiation device for middle and low grades phosphorus ores” and “ 300,000 tons/year vitriol production device for marcasite” were successively put into production! The competitive advantage of Chanhen in the upstream of the phosphorus chemical industry chain was further expanded, marking an important milestone on the road towards industrial upgrading and transformation!

The 200,000 tons/year semihydrate-dihydrate wet phosphoric acid production device owned by Chanhen’s Pengyue Ecology, commenced operations in Fusui, Guangxi. It was Chanhen’s primary production facility for the “copper sulphur phosphorus fluorine green cycle industry base” project. The establishment and operation marked a significant advancement in Chanhen’s industrial layout in Fusui, Guangxi.

On September 16, the test run of iron phosphate project with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons was successfully completed in merely one time. This achievement marked a significant milestone for Chanhen in the transformation of new energy material.

Pengyue Ecology achieved a significant milestone by exporting commercial phosphoric acid via a 10,000-ton liquid cargo ship. This move effectively filled a gap in the international market for this specification of product from China.

Pengyue Ecology inaugurated its industrial production process with the operation of the purified phosphoric acid device. Additionally, food-level purified phosphoric acid was developed and produced.
